Refund policy

At KolleenBoutique, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products that meet their expectations. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer an exchange policy within 14 days of the purchase date.

Please note that we do not offer refunds. If you wish to exchange your item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us within 14 days of your purchase date to initiate the exchange process. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in its original condition, with all tags attached and in its original packaging.

Please make sure to inspect the item carefully upon receipt and before wearing it. Any item that shows signs of wear or use will not be eligible for an exchange. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you.

Please note that gift cards are not refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. All sales of gift cards are final.

In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue. We may ask for photos of the item in question to assess the damage and determine the best course of action.
